FM Bid Management

The initial reason for IMG Solutions formation.  We have enormous operational and bidding experience for a range of clients. We can manage and produce all aspects of the FM solution including:

°        Costing a solution 

°        Negotiating Output Specifications 

°        Payment Mechanisms

°        The TUPE process

Client’s Technical Advisor

Working in partnership with larger, more established multi-disciplined consultancy companies, we have provided advice and services throughout the PFI/PPP process.  These services include the development of the clients Outline Business Case, the formulation of the Public Sector Comparator and the management of the process throughout the various bid phases.

Performance Monitoring 

Due to the diversity of skills within IMG Solutions and the nature and scope of the strategic partnerships which it enjoys, we are able to offer a substantial range of performance monitoring services.  These range from Employer’s Agents, through Life Cycle Monitoring to Performance Monitoring the Output Specification during the Operating Phase.

Operational Phase SPV Management

Again, using the diversity of skills and experience available both within IMG Solutions and through its comprehensive network of partners, we are able to provide management skills on a part-time or full time basis.  It is the nature of PFI SPV operations that full time management is often not required which can lead to resourcing problems or a lack of continuity.
